Raised in a Christian family, I am glad that the Lord has called me in the service and I thank the Lord first, then my father—Bishop Michel Carmeleau Dumornay—and my mother, his wife, by which the Holy Spirit has invested in me. I also thank my wife, Dieumène, a woman who has endured with me the sufferings of the ministry to whom I owe my gratitude not to mention my entire family.

The Church of God, Bethel of Boston, that has engaged my life and has occupied my heart since 1984, is a blessing and a grace of God. To be a servant of the Lord in the world and among His people is a privilege and I will enjoy it until He returns. I’ve dedicated my life, and will dedicate the rest of my life in the service of the Master, the Lord Jesus Christ, in the preaching of the Gospel, teaching standards of the Word without wanting to shut myself in a conventional system, but to be open to the Holy Spirit, the teacher by excellence, who has already reported and assumed the difficult times, who has raised obstacles to overcome and around which I must wrap myself to achieve the intended objective.

May the Lord be with me, while you, listeners and readers, give me attention and give me the encouragement to contribute to the transformation of souls and hearts to the Lord!

-Joseph Michelet Dumornay, Pastor
